'ello friends. I have shocking news for you all, I am painting, *pauses for reader's gasp*
Watercolor to be exact and yes I know I'm crazy 'cuz I'm taking a hard class before I take the basics but I wanna do it damnit! So I'll learn the basics while learning the difficult techniques.
One thing I've discovered is why artists are starving, because their supples are INSANELY expensive. SO FAR I've dropped $200 of my own money and I'd say roughly around $300 of my sweet lovely parents money on supplies my art teacher DEMANDS we buy. $80 alone for all the paint I needed and don't get me started on paper!
GRRR! I need a job to fund this new field of study but every restuarant I apply to turns me away due to my "lack of experience". So now I will return to the coffee machines and become their slaves once more, hopefully. I really need the cash.
Especially if I'm still going with jac and virginia to that con in novem.
*By the way jac when does virginia want to come back?
Other than that school sucks and I want to drop out on certain days.
Oh the journal title is about my roomate's cat. I call her that 'cuz it's true and because I can't afford a pet. Her name is Mary Jane Reafer, I call her MJ. Also I will not go pick up the bin I heard her knock over because I just decat haired myself which takes a veeeeerrrryyy long time. Plus she runs into my room everytime I open the door! (I'm allergic to cats.) She's already scratched me and tries to steal my food.
FINE! I'll go get the bin! that cat will make me chase her for a good 20 minutes around my room though!
